- As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor you will be part a leading dry lining, suspended ceiling, external render and facades subcontractor. This role will be site based on a £15m dry lining and suspended ceiling contract.Reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be involved with all commercial aspects on this project with a particularly emphasis on income and expenditure to maximise profit margins and monitor budgets.ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:1 year’s minimum construction experience working as a Trainee / Assistant Quantity SurveyorQualified to Degree level, degree must be in construction or 2 working years’ experience within the construction industry.The main duties will be:• Measuring for valuation purposes dry lining and suspended ceiling packages.• Assist in preparing cashflow analysis reports on spreadsheets to correspond with the programme of works.• Assist in preparing interim valuations for submission to main contractor.• Assist in producing monthly CVR’sIf you are an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for your next position please email Robert Ferrari your CV in strict confidence or call for a preliminary discussion
