- Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Junior / Assistant Contracts Manager who is looking for their next step in their career.
They are looking for someone has a good grounding within the interior and or refurbishment market, keen to learn and an energetic all rounder and who has the skills to be client facing.
The position will include the visiting of sites which are refurbishment and fit-out of commercial in East London on a framework. Project values typically are between the £10k - £500k. The work is challenging and demanding whilst at the same time highly rewarding.
They need someone to oversee the Site Managers and the projects from a planning, health & safety and paperwork side.
