- The Company:
Our client is a well-regarded main contractor currently engaged in the delivery of projects across the Island.
The Position:
Due to continued success, they are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee a variety of institutional / government, hotel, residential and infrastructure projects across the island.
This is a senior position with responsibility to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed in a timely and effective manner, within budget and exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
- Ideally Degree or Diploma Qualified in a relevant discipline (civil engineering, construction management, project management, quantity surveying, etc.)
- Previous experience working in the Caribbean, with a minimum of 3 years in a PM capacity working for main contractors.
- Good management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility are required, you will be required to work on smaller and remote Islands, where forward planning and outside of the box thinking is essential.
- Strong technically, commercially and administratively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including the use of scheduling software, database and spreadsheet applications.
