- Our Client is a very well established Contractor with an impressive track record within the social housing refurbishment market including kitchens and bathrooms, external refurbishment and retrofit.
With a record current annual turnover and operating primarily within London and the Home Counties, they have identified the need for an Estimator to join their team and be responsible for tenders generally in the £1m - £10m range.
The ideal candidate will need to be able to demonstrate a successful track record of estimating estate regeneration tenders and must have the ability to price work on their own initiative. Most importantly, the candidate will have the ability to “Win” tenders as opposed to merely pricing them.
This main contractor may consider an extremely experienced Estimator from a related specialist field.
