Our Client is a very well established Contractor with an impressive track record within the social housing refurbishment market including kitchens and bathrooms, external refurbishment and retrofit.
With a record current annual turnover and operating primarily within London and the Home Counties, they have identified the need for an Assistant Estimator to join their team and be responsible for tenders generally in the £1m - £5m range.
They believe that developing the best team is vital to the continued growth of the company therefore they have an opportunity for a career minded Assistant Estimator.
The Assistant Estimator role would ideally suit an ex-graduate currently working as an Assistant Estimator or someone currently holding or studying for a building qualification or a Quantity Surveyor who is looking to change career direction and move into Estimating.
