- Description
- This position is with a fit-out and refurbishment contractor based in London. After more than 30 years of successful trading, the company has extensive experience across many sectors including, healthcare, education and retail.
They are currently looking for a Contracts Manager or a Contracts Manager / Surveyor who is looking for a new challenge:
As a Contracts Manager your experience will include the following:
Five years plus experience preferably in the London fit-out and refurbishment industry
Capable of looking after 2-4 projects at any one time
Project size between £100k and £1m
Day to day duties include:
- Responsibility for production
- Programming
- Tendering
- Cost control
- Quality & safety
- Procurement
- Conversant with bills & contracts
- Contract correspondence
- To represent the company at monthly progress meetings, design meetings, internal cost meetings, safety meetings etc
Direct Reports:
Site Managers
A high level of responsibility will be given with this approachable and friendly contractor.
