Description

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of bespoke furniture, cabinetry and interior projects across luxury residential and hospitality sectors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-led environment where quality, detail, and service are paramount.

You will manage complex, high-value projects from concept through to installation—coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and discerning clients to bring beautifully crafted spaces to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of specialist interior packages and custom build projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and design intent are met
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, contractors, and vendors throughout each project lifecycle
  • Create and manage project timelines, installation schedules, and progress reporting
  • Oversee procurement and logistics, coordinating with fabricators and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of custom components
  • Monitor quality control and resolve on-site issues with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Work closely with the creative team to translate design vision into executable project plans
  • Maintain documentation, contracts, and cost tracking for each project

Requirements

  • Experience working in a project management capacity, with a strong background in cabinetry and construction, ideally the high-end interiors sector
  • Strong organisational and time management skills—able to juggle multiple complex timelines and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and a polished, client-facing manner
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude and comfort managing on-site installation work
  • Familiarity with project management tools and documentation
  • A passion for craftsmanship, detail, and delivering outstanding built environments

Why Join

  • Be part of a growing, luxury design focussed company
  • Work on some of the most refined interiors in Miami and beyond, alongside a collaborative, talented team
  • Gain exposure to unique, made-to-order projects at the highest level of design execution
  • There is flexibility with regards to the salary on offer and we would look to incentivise a move for the right candidate. It is critical we find someone with the right experience
