Are you a hands-on Project Manager with expertise in natural stone installations? Our client, a specialist construction company in Ras Al Khaimah, is seeking a Site Based Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of a large high-end natural stone package for a prestigious project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities related to the installation of natural stone, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget targets are met.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee material handling and finishing to ensure a flawless installation.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest quality control standards.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and project specifications.
• Troubleshoot technical and site challenges, implementing solutions efficiently.
• Report progress to senior management and liaise with design and procurement teams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in site-based project management within the fit-out industry.

• Strong stone expertise to manage site issues during installation and to coordinate the significant amount of local fabrication in Dubai, as this will involve multiple fabrication shops running in parallel.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Familiarity with UAE construction and safety regulations.
• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
