- This successful main contractor are currently looking for a Project Manager to join their management team to work on high end residential refurbishment and new build houses in London.
Ideally professionally qualified, you will need to demonstrate firm leadership skills, coupled with the necessary drive to work pro-actively within a strong client focused environment. They currently have projects worth £12.5 million, £10 million and two number worth £5m in the pipeline.
You will be a Project Manager with a successful track record in the timely completion of projects up to £10m in value in the luxury residential market.
Experience in basement, façade retention and managing party wall agreements is a pre – requisite for this role. Also, being able to deliver the scheme to a high quality finish.
