- A long established contracting company are now looking to recruit a commercially astute and talented Managing Quantity Surveyor.
This position demands a conscientious individual from a decent homes contracting background, who must demonstrate strong commercial skills and business acumen.
They are looking for someone who has handled framework contracts in the £3m- £10m. The role will be to manage three sites in North London.
This position could suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking for the next step up who is highly professional with excellent presence. Communication, organisation and numeracy skills are essential as is the ability to achieve results through teamwork.
The opportunity is unique and challenging and the rewards include a package including car allowance and pension.
