- Description
- A high profile and respected contractor with a multi-million pound turnover are currently looking for a Project Manager to work on an office to residential conversion.
The Project Manager will be the figure head for the project and must accept full accountability for delivery. Creating the correct corporate image, nurturing relationships with the client, good communication at all levels and managing expectations will be as important as constructing the building.
They require a well presented and articulate individual who can demonstrate a solid career record of running projects in either the commercial, education and healthcare sectors within the £1m - £10m range.
The package includes a car allowance, pension and medical cover and a working environment, which is both challenging and stimulating.
