- You will be joining this already successful Property Development Company which has immense potential for further expansion.
The requirement is for an ambitious individual from a project management background, with the ability to embrace the entire development process from dealing with the design teams, and ultimately controlling the construction process through to successful completion.
The successful candidate will be degree qualified with a minimum of 3 years’ experience working for a major developer or main contractor. Experience working on high end residential, mixed use developments or high rise towers is highly desired.
Prior overseas experience is NOT a pre-requisite for this opportunity, although it would be advantageous.
