- You will be joining a successful Property Development Company which has immense potential for further expansion internationally. The requirement is for an ambitious individual from a project management background to oversee the delivery of a high end residential project in Iraq.
Candidates must have the ability to embrace the entire construction process, from conception, through to controlling the construction and finishing. This key appointment demands an accomplished construction professional with a proven track record in high end residential and mixed use projects. The successful candidate will be degree qualified with a minimum of 12 years’ experience working for main contractors or developers.
Previous experience working in Iraq is an important pre-requisite for this opportunity, as is the ability to speak Arabic fluently.
