- This traditional main contractor is looking for a Contracts Manager to work on two £10m new build residential projects in Croydon. As a well established business, they consistently aim to be leaders in building relationships with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers alike.
For this Contracts Manager role they are looking for someone with a stable track record and relevant new build residential construction experience combined with the ability to commence and complete contracts in a profitable and timely manner is required. A solid background in both private and social hosuing contracts in the £10m plus is also an essential requirement.
You will be required to regularly visit all sites within your control; checking on programme and progress, the standard and quality of work, the management of safety, the adequacy and accuracy of records, efficiency, security, use of plant and materials, the correct use of sub-contractors and labour and the company’s image.
