Our client an established main contractor are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for its London and South-East operations.
Business Development Manager Principal accountabilities will be:
- To manage a database of potential new business opportunities.
- To source new opportunities through marketing, networking and other initiatives.
- To actively pursue individual opportunities gaining client commitment and assisting the tender team throughout the negotiation period.
- To build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- To identify clients needs and requirements and manage them accordingly
- To lead the sales process contributing to the overall success of the division
Business Development Manager Principal Competencies will include:
- Able to act on own convictions and impress others while doing so. Creates good first impressions and inspires others.
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely. Able to convey information quickly verbally or in writing detailing the important points. Expresses ideas in a lively manner that captures attention.
