- Description
- A well-established small main high end residential contractor based in the Hampstead are currently looking for a Yard Manager.
Store Manager / Yard Manager they are looking for will be working at their head office.
Some of the day to day responsibilities on both the yard and in the car park will be: to be in charge of the new fleet, including the scheduling of 6 new vans and 2 lorries, ordering of materials onto site, to be responsible for the upkeep & maintenance of the Yard and parking areas - including opening up and locking up of site, maintenance checks on the joinery equipment, arrange for the repair of equipment and tools, manages the yard, liaise with joiners and other team members on site, maintain health and safety on site to a good standard and pick up and removal of timber.
Due to my client being a small sized Main Contractor this means that they are also a tightknit company.
