- Description
- Our client is a well-known and highly successful contractor, within the high end residential refurbishment market in London and South East.
Due to the expansion of their order book, this has produced an urgent need for an additional Contracts Manager to control all site installation work on projects within the M25.
Demonstrable experience of working within the high end residential market is essential for this role. Projects range from the £500k - £5m range is also a pre-requisite. Project Managers with a high class residential refurbishment background will also be given serious consideration.
A first class managerial background covering all aspects of the building process is demanded including production, technical, quality and health and safety as well as the ability to motivate and control sub-contractors.
Package includes a company vehicle or allowance and a discretionary bonus plus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
