Description
 
This organisation has an outstanding record in providing a first class construction service to their clients.
 
With a current annual turnover of fast approaching £30 million they have identified the need for an additional Senior Estimator to be responsible for quality new build and refurbishment tenders up to £5 million in value.
 
Ideally you should have considerable estimating experience in traditional tendering of both private and public sector projects.  Knowledge of the design and build and  negotiated tender projects would be an obvious advantage.
 
The package offered is attractive and comprises a highly competitive salary, car allowance, healthcare and pension.
