- Description
- Our client is a very well regarded International Construction Consultancy who are engaged in a variety of landmark projects globally.
We are looking for a suitably qualified Forensic Planner to be seconded for one year in Seoul, Korea from 7 October 2020.
Requirement as below:
- Preferred having at least 20 years’ experience in construction field including EOT claims, negotiations, and dispute resolutions such as DAB, arbitrations and/or litigations.
- At least a bachelor’s degree holder from regular colleges or university.
- Proficient skills at demonstrating and proving EOT claims through the claims documents drafting.
- Numerous experience of leading EOT claim/dispute management and negotiation.
- Flexibility on the annual leave schedule depending on the various circumstances of the project progress.
- Excellent understanding of Asian client in various aspects across a multi-cultural environment.
- Active and aggressive attitude in leading negotiations with clientand ability to discover and identify claim issues under unfavourable and complicated contract conditions.
- Extensive knowledge of various types of contract forms.
- Excellent social skills to be highly adaptable to the EOT section team and project team as they will have to work closely daily basis to provide the Services and to guide and advise them.
- Working hours in accordance with head office company policy.
- Minimum of one (1) year Services period, provided that the Consultant’s performance shall be evaluated by the client semi-annually which may result in termination of the contract depending on the result of the evaluation.
- Twenty five (25) days of annual leave of the Consultant.
