- Description
- We are currently looking for a Site Manager to work for a well established contractor who carry out work in office, commercial, industrial and education types.
The requirement is for someone who is versatile and from a high calibre in being able to run fit-out / refurbishment project with a values between £300k to £5m.
The ideal candidate will be from a trade’s background and will have carried out this position for a minimum of 5 years in either a fit-out or refurbishment environment.
You will also possess a valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate.
This is a long term opportunity for someone and is being offered only on a permanent basis.
