Description
within the high end residential refurbishment market in St.Albans and the surrounding areas.
 
Due to the expansion of their order book, this has produced an urgent need for a Contracts Manager to control all site installation works.
 
Demonstrable experience of working within the high end residential market is essential for this role. Projects range from the £50k - £500k range is also a pre-requisite. Project Managers with a high class residential refurbishment background will also be given serious consideration.
 
A first class managerial background covering all aspects of the building process is demanded including production, technical, quality and health and safety as well as the ability to motivate and control sub-contractors.
