Description
Our client is a highly successful contractor, within St.Albans and Hertfordshire high end residential refurbishment market.

Due to the expansion of their order book, this has produced an urgent need for a Site Manager to control all site installation work on various schemes across St. Albans.

Demonstrable experience of working within the high end residential market is essential for this role. 

A solid track record is required and someone who has the ability to manage a project from inception to completion motivating and controlling subcontractors and have an appreciation of the commercial aspects and health and safety aspects of running a safe site.
