Description
 A very successful decent homes contractor are looking to recruit an Assistant QS to work on one of their major projects.

They are looking for a good, responsible, conscientious Assistant QS with initiative.  You will be responsible for pricing up schedules for decent homes external works. You will have guidance from the Senior / Project QS who you will also be reporting to.
 
You must have between 2-3 years experience with a decent homes main contractor. Experience in valuing, notifications and payments is a plus.
