- This contractor is highly successful in the execution of projects in the £300k - £5m range within the fast track interior fit-out and refurbishment sector and has been operating in their market for over ten years.
They are currently looking for a Contracts Manager who could currently be a Senior Project Manager who is looking for a new challenge:
- Most likely to have demonstrable experience within the fit-out and refurbishment industry
- Londonexperience preferable
- Experience of refurbishment contracts, and some experience of new build would be an advantage
- Capable of looking after 2-4 projects at any one time
- Project size between £300k and £5m
Day to day Contracts Manager duties include:
- Responsibility for production
- Programme
- Cost control
- Quality & safety
- Procurement
- Conversant with bills & contracts
- Contract correspondence
- To represent the company at monthly progress meetings, design meetings, internal cost meetings, safety meetings etc

Site Managers
Quantity Surveyors (Line reporting by surveyors for individual contracts)
