Description
A high profile and respected contractor with a multi-million pound turnover are currently looking for a Site Manager who has a mix of both new build and refurbishment experience.
 
The project is a £7m design and build residential refurbishment contract on the Chelsea Embankment and are due to start the next phase.
The Site Manager will report to a Project Manager for the project and will be in control for the delivery.
 
They require a well presented and articulate individual who can demonstrate a solid career record of running projects in either commercial, education, residential or healthcare sectors within the £1m - £10m range.
 
The rewards include a car allowance, pension and medical cover.
