- Our Client, a well-known international construction company operating globally, urgently requires an ambitious construction professional to join their highly successful management team.
The requirement is for an ambitious Construction Manager with the ability to embrace the entire construction process on a large residential and hotel project in Rotterdam, Netherlands. You will be responsible for overseeing all work on site, reporting in to the Project Manager.
The successful candidate must have:
- Experience in fit out and finishing works on high end residential and hotel projects.
- Qualified in a construction related discipline.
- Stable experience working with main contractors.
- Fluent English speaker. Ability to speak Dutch would be advantageous.
The salary on offer is generous and the expat package includes accommodation and flight tickets.
