This traditional main contractor is looking for a Project Manager to work on new build high end residential schemes in Belsize Park.

The scheme is a 4 unit new build with basements, the basements themselves are almost complete, the ground floor slab should be cast.

A stable track record and relevant new build from groundworks to finishings / conversion construction experience combined with the ability to commence and complete contracts in a profitable and timely manner is required. You must have residential experience.
 
You will be required to regularly check programme and progress, the standard and quality of work, the management of safety, the adequacy and accuracy of records, efficiency, security, use of plant and materials, the correct use of sub-contractors and labour and the company’s image.
