The Company
 
You will be joining a successful International Property Development Company which has immense potential for further expansion internationally. Responsible for successfully delivering many iconic residential and hospitality developments across the World.
 
Position and Project: 
 
The requirement is for an ambitious Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a luxury new build resort in the Maldives. The resort will be built on a private island, consisting of 150 luxury villas.
 
Requirements:
 
  1. Degree qualified in relevant discipline (Project Management, Civil Engineering etc.).
  2. Experience working for Tier 1 main contractors and developers as a Project Manager
  3. Experience delivering at least one luxury island resort project.
