As the MEP Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of our industrial construction project in Rotterdam. You will ensure that all MEP works are carried out efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage MEP subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed MEP schedules, monitoring progress and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with overall project goals.
• Prepare and review MEP documentation, including method statements, risk assessments, and technical reports.
• Manage project budgets and resources effectively, optimizing cost and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

•  Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• Proven experience as an MEP Construction Manager, preferably on large-scale international projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, installation techniques, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
