Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering luxury fit-out projects? Our client, a leading specialist construction company in Ras Al Khaimah, is seeking a skilled professional to oversee the successful delivery of a prestigious project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring quality, time, and budget objectives are met.
- Oversee all construction activities, managing contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Implement and maintain project schedules, cost controls, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, HSE standards, and company policies.
- Lead and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
- Report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a strong background in high-end fit out projects with large natural stone packages.
- Proven experience managing large-scale commercial and hotel developments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
