Position Overview:
Reporting to the Directors, this is an opportunity for a driven Project Manager with a strong background in pipeline construction / oil and gas projects to oversee and deliver an important project in Bahrain.
If you are a Project Engineer looking to take the next step and have solid experience in the delivery of similar projects you are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and delivery of the project according to strict deadlines and budgets.
- Lead and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, subcontractors and consultants.
- Oversee on-site activities, ensuring safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and costs while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a contractor, specializing in pipeline and oil & gas construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
