• Minimum 1 year of Quantity Surveying experience, ideally in residential refurbishment or bespoke construction.
• A keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for high-quality delivery.
• Confident communication skills – you’ll be liaising directly with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.
• Someone hungry to learn, proactive, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
