Our client, located near the Miami Design District, is seeking a meticulous and proactive professional to join their team and support the delivery of bespoke interior projects for discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for luxury kitchen, bathroom, and custom furniture projects.
• Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and client requirements to determine project scope and pricing.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and suppliers to ensure estimates reflect current materials, labor, and logistics costs.
• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather data for precise estimating.
• Maintain and update estimating tools, cost databases, and supplier pricing.
• Assist in value engineering and alternative solutions to meet client budgets without compromising design integrity.
• Support the sales and design teams during client presentations and proposal development.
• Track project changes and update estimates accordingly to ensure financial accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the luxury interiors, kitchen, bathroom, or custom furniture industry.
• Strong understanding of cabinetry, natural stone, millwork, and bespoke design solutions.
• Proficiency in reading architectural and technical drawings.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with estimating software and Excel; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
