The Company:

General contractor operating across the Middle East, responsible for successfully delivering major building and infrastructure projects over the past 50 years.

Position:

This is a full-time office-based role for the Candy Estimator. You will be responsible for operating the CANDY software, generating and updating the rate libraries, training the estimating team in the software, reviewing project specifications, and analyzing project scope of works and data-entering all required information to the software, enabling to completely switch to CANDY operation. You will report to our chief estimator and senior management team.

Requirements:

• Certified CANDY operator with a minimum 10 years of proven track experience in GCC
• Demonstrated ability to accurately estimate the costs of construction projects.
• Expertise in analyzing project scope, plans, and specifications to develop detailed construction estimates.
• Experience in quantity takeoff, unit pricing, and cost analysis.
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
