  • Assist the design team during client presentations and showroom appointments
  • Develop strong product knowledge across the company's luxury cabinetry, furniture and interior product ranges
  • Assist with the preparation and amendment of drawings, floor plans, elevations and other design documentation
  • Produce and update CAD drawings and assist with technical design information as required
  • Support the senior design team with design presentations, specifications and project documentation
  • Help prepare samples, material selections and presentation materials for client meetings
  • Assist with pricing, product information and preparation of quotations where required
  • Maintain accurate project information, drawings and client records
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain product information, samples and technical details
  • Ensure the showroom is presented to an exceptional standard at all times
  • Maintain and organise sample libraries and material displays
  • Provide general administrative and design support to the wider team
  • Assist with CRM updates, filing, answering phones and other showroom administration
  • Support social media and marketing initiatives where required

Requirements

  • Previous experience or education in interior design, kitchen and bathroom design, cabinetry, furniture or a related discipline
  • Strong interest in luxury interiors and a genuine passion for design
  • Comfortable and confident interacting with high-net-worth residential clients in a polished showroom environment
  • Experience with design software, for example Chief Architect, 20/20 Design, AutoCAD or SketchUp
  • Understanding of technical drawings and an ability to produce accurate design documentation
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Professional, personable and confident communication style
  • Ability to present products and design concepts clearly and enthusiastically
  • Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new design software
  • Previous showroom, hospitality, luxury retail or client-facing experience would be advantageous
  • Interior Design degree, Kitchen & Bath Design qualification or similar would be preferred, but is not essential for the right candidate

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary, negotiable depending on experience
  • Opportunity to work with high-net-worth clients within the luxury interiors sector
  • Supportive, collaborative and design-focused working environment
  • Excellent opportunity for long-term career development within a luxury interiors brand
