Description: A very well established medium sized main contractor are currently looking for a strong Project Manager to lead a £10,000,000 new build residential project.

The role is based in Croydon where there are two sites with a combined value of £20m.
You will run one of the sites. One of the sites has 5 blocks of new build residential to construct and vary between 2 and 6 storey blocks. The other site has one 7 storey block and then 6 blocks of town housing.

This role would suit an experienced Project Manager who is able to take a project from start to finish with minimal direction. The role would include duties such as, managing sub-contractors, health and safety and client liaison.

With this project being £10,000,000 in value this role would suit someone who has experience with residential projects in and around this value. You would have direct reports on site from Site Manager’s through to Foreman. You will also be reporting into a visiting Director.

The ideal candidate MUST have;

·         SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
·         Experience in a Project Manager role.
·         Experience working for a main contractor on residential projects.
·         Strong client liaison skills

It is desirable to have;

·         Experience in residential projects around £10,000,000
