- Description
- Our Client is looking for a Project Design Coordinatorto work on a major resort project in the Caribbean.
The ideal candidate will be suitably qualified with experience working as a Project Engineer / Design Coordinator on hotel or resort type projects. Your responsibilities will include, but not necessarily limited to the following:
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and supervising engineers and architects on the project
- Reviewing drawings and designer submittals for accuracy
- Interface with construction team and coordinate construction approach
- Ensure designs meet project standards as well as permit and regulatory requirements, ensuring agreed upon specifications and timeframes are achieved
The working environment is challenging and as such previous experience working overseas will put you at a distinct advantage. Please note this is a single status position.
