- You will be joining a highly successful Property Development Company which has immense potential for further expansion across the Gulf.
The requirement is for an accomplished Planning Manager with sound pre and post contract planning experience, ideally gained within the international construction market on either high rise tower, hotel, or luxury residential projects.
This is an immediate requirement offering excellent long-term prospects within a well-known organisation.
The successful candidate will be degree qualified with a minimum of 12 years’ experience working for main contractors or developers.
This position can be on either a single or married basis. Benefits include annual flight tickets, a discretionary bonus, medical cover and a generous holiday entitlement.
