- Description
- This is a challenging and demanding opportunity with a small but well established shop fitting contractor.
The requirement is for a Small Works Operations Manager who is professional and has the drive, interpersonal skills and enthusiasm necessary to successfully maximise the growth potential of the business.
The candidate profile would suit someone with a proven track record as No1 or No2 running a small works business. Typical monthly turnover is between £100k - £200k.
This is a new role and a real opportunity for someone to build their own team/niche area and is due to expansion.
You will ensure the strategic development of the business and be hands on by tendering and making sure the work is delivered.
