- You will be joining what is regarded as one of the best known and most successful building contractors operating throughout the Middle East.
The requirement is for a highly experienced Deputy Project Director with at least 20 years construction experience including an in depth knowledge of all aspects of large scale building projects.
You will need to be industry qualified and capable of running the entire project to ensure that all contractual requirements are met in the most efficient and cost effective manner. Excellent communication skills are also demanded to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all construction activities. The successful candidate must also have:
- An MEP background.
- Financial and Procurement knowledge.
- Experience managing large scale electro-mechanical projects and special systems including acoustics.
