- A well-known international contractor with a strong order book is currently looking to appoint a Commercial Manager in their Central London office.
The Commercial Manager will be responsible for controlling all financial and contractual aspects of their projects in the UK, from pre-contract through to delivery and claims. The ability to join an established team and make a substantial contribution to the success of the commercial management process is of the utmost importance.
The successful candidate will be suitably qualified, with extensive quantity surveying experience gained within the construction arena, covering new build commercial, hotel and residential projects.
