- You will be joining a highly successful Property Development Company which has immense potential for expansion within the UK residential and commercial property market.
This key appointment demands an accomplished construction project management professional with a proven track record in delivering luxury residential and mixed use developments over £100m.
You will need to be flexible, versatile and at the same time prepared to develop your own department which will be crucial to the long term expansion and success of the operations.
The ideal candidate will be suitably qualified, from a contracting background who has then moved across to a project management or development company, delivering prestigious projects. A strong ‘hand on’ management style and commercial flair are important pre-requisites.
