Description
Our client is a highly respected main contractor within refurbishment projects are currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to take responsibility and control for all aspects of the commercial, financial and contractual elements of designated projects.
The person must be accountable for all aspects of surveying and commercial site functions on the project.
 
Key accountabilities:-
 
  • Reporting to the Commercial Director
 
  • Placing sub contract orders. Plus the commercial control of sub-contract packages.
 
  • Preparing interim valuations and CVR’s. Including maximisation of value recovery and cashflow.

  • Administering contract records.
