- Description
- This is a unique and challenging opportunity to join a major real estate developer in Dubai. Due to continued success in the region they are looking to appoint an accomplished FM Associate Director to oversee a large portfolio of residential properties in the region.
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with experience working within a similar capacity. Extensive hard and soft facilities management experience is required, along with exceptional customer relationship management skills.
Prior experience working in the Middle East and familiarity with owners associations is an advantage, however, this is not a not a pre-requisite.
