Operating in London and the South East they are dedicated to creating a strong team spirit achieved through commitment and engendered by the determination of their management.
To maintain this high level of expertise our client requires a Preconstruction Manager / Bid Manager to join this well established team. The ideal candidate must be an effective manager, capable of controlling projects with tender values of up to £10 million. The position involves close financial and design liaison, working alongside and managing the design, estimating and production teams, combined with input into the overall management of the project.
Salary on offer is negotiable and temp to perm candidates will also be considered.
Ideally you will currently be fulfilling such a role with another reputablecontractor although if you are from a consultancy background consideration will be given.
