- A well run and established contractor are currently seeking a Help Desk Operator to work on a recently secured contract.Duties of the role will include:• To manage incoming help desk jobs on various contracts• Input data on to Assetpro• Monitor Assetpro and progress both PPM and Reactive jobs.• Ensure KPI’s are maintained at 95% or higher• Cost jobs on Assetpro• Chase subcontractors for completion paperwork and file as directed• To develop business with existing client base and also assist the contracts manager in the development of new business opportunities.If you’re a Help Desk Operator looking for your next move please e-mail Robert Ferrari your CV in strict confidence
