- Description
- A leading regional main contractor are currently looking to recruit a head office based Design Coordinator to work on mainly private and public sector schemes.
- Experience in the use of JCT Design & Build Contracts, with good construction drawing detail/building regulations/legislation knowledge.
- Architecturally Professionally Qualified either RIBA/ARB/MCIAT registered, or Part 1/HND(C) qualified.
- Come from a Main Contractor/Developer (house builder)/Architectural Consultancy background with Design & Build experience.
- Stable career i.e. longevity of service, minimum 5 years with each employer
- Proven track record of seeing projects from start to finish
- Proven ability to successfully deliver projects up to £5m
- Excellent communicator
- Up to date Project role related safety training
- Proven track record of delivering quality projects to programme
- Be a Team Player
- IT Proficient
