Job Description:
 
We are seeking a Creative Media Director to join our team and lead our creative and marketing efforts across the group of companies. As the Creative Media Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's identity, creating compelling content, and overseeing marketing initiatives for both the Luxury Sofa Business and the National Home Improvements Company.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Creative Leadership:Set the creative vision for both businesses, ensuring alignment with their unique identities and offerings.
  • Content Strategy:Develop captivating content for a range of media, including videos, photography, graphics, and written materials, tailored to the specific needs and customer profiles of each business.
  • Media Planning:Design and implement comprehensive media strategies to elevate brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, and drive leads for both businesses.
  • Budget Oversight:Manage budgets for media and marketing projects, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Brand Consistency:Maintain consistency in branding, messaging, and storytelling for both businesses across various media channels and platforms.
  • Performance Analysis:Monitor and analyze the performance of media campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to marketing strategies.
 
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in creative leadership, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the furniture and home improvements sectors.
  • An impressive portfolio showcasing your design expertise, storytelling skills, and creative content development.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software, and content management systems.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully managing creative teams.
  • Ideally you will be qualified in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent project management skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing trends, social media, and SEO.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
