The Role
They are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in quantity surveying, with a specific focus on maintenance works. You’ll support the commercial team in managing costs, ensuring value for money, and contributing to the successful delivery of maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Measure and value work completed on-site and prepare interim and final accounts.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate cost control.
• Monitor and report on project progress and financial performance.
• Support the resolution of contractual and commercial issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

About You

To excel in this role, you will have:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience or exposure to maintenance works (preferred but not essential).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
