- Our Client is a $10 million dollar turnover local construction company with their excellent reputation stamped firmly on projects across the Sultanate of Oman over the past 12 years. To ensure the company’s continued success and growth, they are looking to appoint a General Manager to take the business to new heights.
As General Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for the profit and loss of the company, reporting directly to the owner. Apart from overseeing the company’s projects through to successful completion, another key responsibility of the role will be business development, so previous experience in the Middle East will be an important pre-requisite.
Along with an industry related qualification, you will need demonstrable experience working for contractors, delivering building and civil engineering projects. Due to the seniority and importance of the role, the successful candidate must be commercially and contractually astute.
The position is offered on either a single, married or family status basis. The expat package on offer for this position is excellent.
